About Me

I know how difficult it can be for young people and athletes to reach out for support.

Many silently struggle with anxiety, low confidence, pressure, difficulties performing or enjoying sport, life changes, or managing challenging emotions.

I provide a safe, supportive space for teens, young adults and athletes to help them:

  • Reduce anxiety, worry and over-thinking.

  • Build confidence and self-belief.

  • Improve focus, motivation and resilience.

  • Navigate stress, injuries or everyday life.

  • Improve performance, mindset and well-being.

I work with young people and athletes to understand what’s getting in the way, exploring patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and addressing any underlying causes.

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not something intimidating. I combine evidence-based techniques with a person-centred approach, creating a space where we can talk openly while also developing practical tools to support lasting change.

Using integrative approaches, including Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and somatic therapies.
