About Me
Life can feel overwhelming. I’ve been there.
Many young people and athletes struggle with anxiety, low confidence, pressure, performing & enjoying sport, dealing with change or managing difficult emotions.
I provide a safe, supportive space for teens, young adults and athletes to help them:
Reduce anxiety, worry and over-thinking.
Build confidence and self-belief.
