About me

As someone who once struggled with anxiety, depression, low confidence, and stress, I know how alone you can feel as a young person and athlete.

I didn't think therapy could work for me.

Yet talking to someone changed my life - that’s why I’m dedicated to helping people who were like me. Who may not know where to start - because you don’t have to do it alone.

So now I run my own accredited private practice - specialised to support young people and athletes.

I use a blend of evidence-based therapies - including CBT, NLP, Hypnotherapy, and other cognitive and somatic approaches - rooted in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and aligned with NCH, CNHC, QCHPA, and NHS standards.
