I’m a therapist who helps young people / athletes find the root cause of their problems and optimise their lives.
My Story.
Before therapy - I was a skeptical teenager, struggling with anxiety, depression, a lack of confidence and stress.
Like many young people - I felt alone and didn’t think therapy could work for me.
However, what I realised is - one of the strongest things you can do is speak to someone. As once i did - my life changed.
So I decided to help people like me - who may not know how or where to start. Because it’s okay to not be okay.
Let’s break the Stigma.
It’s ok to not be ok.
My Experience.
I am trained in numerous disciplines, using tailored Somatic and Cognitive therapies originating from Cognitive Hypnotherapy, creating a tailored service designed to treat my clients like the individuals they are.
Now I run my own accredited private practice specialising in work with young people/sportspersons to help navigate their problems and optimise their lives.
Because you shouldn’t have to do it alone.

Now is more important than ever to care for your Mental Health. Life can throw many problems at you. Most of which are new and confusing.
But I believe that by exploring the patterns behind our emotion and behaviour while finding the root cause of the problem can transform your life.
I offer a variety of services from 1-1 therapy sessions in-person and online. To Mental Health workshops and programes for Schools and Sports teams.
